I spent the weekend in San Francisco. A bi-national couple gets to celebrate two Valentine's Day (the Brazilian Valentine's Day is today -- June 12).
It was very nice to see all the rainbow flags along Market Street:
A nice contrast with the lack of gay content on Macy's windows:
Well, it looks like Father's Day is the only event going on in June for Macy's...
This relates to the recent issue with Macy's Boston store.

What a shame Macy's is ignoring Gay Pride...
I recall one Christmas in San Francisco when the Saks Fifth Avenue store had the most wonderful store windows decorated with little DRAG QUEEN mannequins spinning around in the windows, with great tunes from musicals piped out onto the sidewalk where they were.
Too bad Macy's can't take a lesson from Saks.
