Very good movie. This is one of those "I can't believe it's a made for TV!" movie.
Kristen Stewart is a teenager eaten by the memory of a terrible incident over the summer. She is not the same during the following school year, she loses all her friends and becomes a freak who needs chapstick. The plot is awesome. This movie should definitely be rented.
Kristen is truly good. I would say she was brilliant if it wasn't for this one scene where she lets go of her otherwise brilliant acting. I'm blaming the director (because I love to point fingers).
There is an interesting scene in which this xenophobic teacher is preaching against immigrants and this student says something like "I think we should return America to Native Americans," just to piss the teacher off.
No gay content? Oh, come on.
