I don't even think that IS Photoshop. I remember when it aired a few years back and everyone was similarly agog. There's another episode (maybe third season?) where Clark is dipped into this vat of something viscous, then lifted back out. He's only wearing (now-) wet red briefs, leaving nothing to the imagination. I believe the technical term for it is "supercock."
