Queer Beacon

Hey Brandon, don't you just hate when that happens? Hopefully he'll come out soon and prove us right!

Brandon

Is Swardson gay?

I was on his yahoogroups (not moderated or maintained by him) and made some comment about a friend of mine who met him and basically said in no uncertain terms that he's gay. and i thought it was cool because he seemed so OUT but it didn't overshadow his stand-up.

let me tell you ... some of his fans went ape-shit on me because heaven forbid someone they like is O NOES A HOMOES!!

dan

p.s. love the banner!

dan

very funny, but i think they did take the high road in this situation. for god's sake a male couple in figure skating; it could have been a shipwreck :) i did laugh alot!

Patrick

I thought the opening with the peacock costume, WAS the gay joke of the film. Though the near porn-star quality outfits throughout the rest of the film made me die a little inside from laughing so much.

Aaron

No gay characters in a film about male ice skating?I'm torn about that.

Maybe they just didn't want any easy gay jokes.

On the other hand, you think we would at least get one non-stereotypical gay for representations sake.
