Kathy Griffin on The View

Kathy Griffin talking about her beef with Barbara Walters is one of the funniest moments in stand-up comedy -- you have got to see it over and over:

Now it seems the two are fine, and there's even a chance Kathy might replace Rosie on the show.  Last night on Larry King (yes, I actually watch that show) former View host Debbie Matenopoulos suggested something interesting: she suggested a gay man should replace Rosie. I think Kathy Griffin could be a decent surrogate for a gay man...but what do you think?  Maybe Rupert Everett could work, he's been all bitchy about not getting more major movie roles.  I think Ross the Intern could be hilarious too, but probably not as biting.  Who else?

GaySay: "I want a marriage of convenience...with a wealthy gay guy"

That was Kathy Griffin on Larry King Live.  In her interview, Kathy said she wanted to get married to a wealthy gay guy.  When inquired about what she would do for sex she said she would just look the other way when her gay husband hooked up with the pool boy -- and she would go shopping. 

A little later in the show, she said she wanted to hook up with Coop.  Isn't that just perfect?  Larry sort of grinned at that, I know he was thinking to himself..."man, she really wants to hook up with a gay guy."

Top 10 Nom de Drag

Joe had an interesting post on drag queen names.  In Brazil, us gays say that Drag Queens choose their names by getting the first names of their first pets, and the last names of the street in which they grew up.  My nom de drag would be uninteresting:  Kojak Bocaiuva.

Kojak was our first dog, and Bocaiuva is the last name in Rua Quintino Bocaiuva.  Oh, Bocaiuva is also a Brazilian palm tree.
